Who we are

Fullscreen Alert is operated by Kimeur Labs, LLC, 4848 Lemmon Ave STE 420, Dallas, TX 75219, United States. Contact us at support@fullscreenalert.com. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Apple calendars and local reminders

The Mac app reads the calendars and reminders you authorize using Apple’s EventKit framework. Apple event titles, notes, and attendees are processed locally and are not uploaded to our API. Local alert preferences, reminders, and previously synced events are saved on your Mac.

Optional accounts and direct connections

Firebase Authentication handles sign-in through Apple, Google, and Microsoft. Our API stores your Firebase account identifier, email address if supplied, preferences, and any reminders you save through your account. Direct Google and Microsoft calendar connections use read-only permission. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Our server retrieves event details to send them to your signed-in Mac or account page; calendar responses are not stored in our application database.

Support requests

When you contact support, we store your name, email address, message, and request history in our access-controlled KimeurLabs support inbox, hosted on Cloudflare. Support emails may be forwarded to our operations mailbox so our team can respond. The website uses a keyed, one-way identifier derived from your network address to limit abuse. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or private calendar contents in messages. Contact support@fullscreenalert.com to ask about your support records.

Payments on the Mac App Store

For the Mac App Store version, Apple handles subscription purchases and billing information. CashSDK processes verified purchase and entitlement information. We do not receive your card details.

Payments for the direct download

For the version downloaded from our website, Stripe processes payments through its hosted checkout and billing portal. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never receive or store card numbers. To link a subscription to your account, we share your account email address and account identifiers with Stripe, and we store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, subscription status, and renewal or cancellation dates.

Purchase records may need to remain with payment providers for accounting, dispute handling, and their legal obligations.

Free trial on the direct download

We store when your free trial started and ends. To allow one free trial per Mac, the app sends a one-way hash of your Mac’s hardware identifier when you start a trial, and our server stores only a further keyed, one-way hash of it. It cannot be turned back into your Mac’s identifier. This hash is kept after you delete your account, no longer linked to you, so that a trial cannot be restarted on the same Mac.

Diagnostics and analytics

When configured, Sentry receives diagnostic errors from our server. We remove account, request, and breadcrumb data before sending errors. Browser diagnostics and Google Analytics are disabled on this website. Calendar content is not sent to analytics. Native diagnostics are optional in app settings.

Retention and control

You can disconnect calendar providers, export account data, and delete your account. Deletion removes the application’s database profile, preferences, reminders, stored calendar tokens, trial dates, and stored Stripe identifiers, and immediately cancels any website subscription with Stripe. Identity deletion retries automatically if Firebase is unavailable. A deletion marker containing your account identifier remains for two hours after identity deletion, or longer during service outages, to prevent outstanding sign-in links from recreating your data. Linked Apple sign-in access is revoked during identity verification. Data already stored by Apple, CashSDK, Stripe, or your calendar provider is governed by their policies. Remove provider authorization from Google or Microsoft account settings to revoke consent at the provider. Local files are removed separately through the app or your Mac.

Service providers and where data is processed

We use these providers to run Fullscreen Alert, and share with each only what it needs: Railway hosts our API and database in the United States (US West); Vercel hosts this website; Google Firebase provides sign-in; Cloudflare provides DNS and our support inbox; Stripe processes payments for the direct download; CashSDK verifies App Store purchases; and Sentry receives server error reports when configured. Your information is processed in the United States. Each provider processes it only to provide its service to us and is required to protect it with the same or equal protection described in this policy.

How long we keep data

We keep your account, preferences, reminders, calendar connections, trial dates, and payment identifiers for as long as your account exists, and delete them when you delete your account or disconnect a calendar. Our database backups expire on a rolling schedule: daily backups after 6 days, weekly backups after 27 days, and monthly backups after 89 days, so deleted data is gone from every backup within 89 days. Support requests are kept while we need them to help you and for our records; ask us and we will delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can export your account data and delete your account on your account page or from the Mac app, and disconnect calendars at any time. To access, correct, or delete other information, or to exercise rights you have under laws such as the GDPR or California privacy law, email support@fullscreenalert.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within 30 days.

Children

Fullscreen Alert is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
