Who we are
Fullscreen Alert is operated by Kimeur Labs, LLC, 4848 Lemmon Ave STE 420, Dallas, TX 75219, United States. Contact us at support@fullscreenalert.com. By using Fullscreen Alert, you agree to these terms.
The service
Fullscreen Alert is a macOS reminder utility. It displays calendar and personal reminders while your Mac is awake, unlocked, and the app is running. Delivery depends on macOS permissions, calendar availability, your settings, and device state. It is not intended for safety-critical, medical, or emergency notifications.
Two ways to subscribe
You can get the Mac app as a direct download from our website, with a subscription billed by Stripe, or from the Mac App Store, with a subscription billed by Apple. The terms below apply to the version you use. Both offer every feature at the same prices.
Direct-download free trial
If you download Fullscreen Alert from our website, you can start a 14-day free trial in the app after signing in. No payment card is needed, and the trial does not turn into a paid subscription on its own. Each account and each Mac can start one free trial; a trial cannot be restarted, including by creating another account on the same Mac. Continued use after the trial requires a subscription.
Direct-download subscriptions billed by Stripe
Subscriptions cost $1.99 per month or $14.99 per year in US dollars. Taxes may apply and are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments through its secure checkout in your browser. If you subscribe while more than two days of your free trial remain, your first payment is taken when the trial ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, and your payment method is charged for each new period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Manage subscription on your account page, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. Deleting your account cancels a website subscription immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
For billing questions, or if you believe you were charged in error, contact support@fullscreenalert.com. Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law.
Mac App Store subscriptions and introductory trial
In the US, Fullscreen Alert Pro costs $1.99 per month or $14.99 per year. Eligible new subscribers can receive a 14-day free trial on either plan. The App Store purchase sheet shows the price in your currency and is the definitive price and offer disclosure. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility within the subscription group.
Your Apple account is charged when a paid period begins. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel from your Apple account’s subscription settings. Deleting your app or account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Apple processes refund requests under its policies.
Your calendar connections
Connect only accounts you are authorized to use. You control which calendars are used and can disconnect them at any time. Provider outages, revoked access, or expired authentication may prevent fresh cloud events from reaching your app.
Software license
The Mac App Store version uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Third-party components retain their respective licenses.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse engineer it, and no use that breaks the law or another provider’s terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimers
Fullscreen Alert is provided “as is”. We work hard to deliver every alert, but we don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it must not be relied on for safety-critical, medical, or emergency alerts.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kimeur Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as a missed meeting, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Changes and governing law
We will post changes here and update the effective date; significant changes are announced in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
